Job Purpose
The OD Team Assistant is responsible for:
? Act as system Owner or Administrator of systems applied.
? Support the team activities on Resourcing and Talent & Development (T&D).
Key Accountabilities
Talent & Development Support
? Provide support on some country talent programmes and forum meetings on arrangement.
? Assist Talent & Development (T&D) Advisor on the annual curriculum launch and its implementation, which includes coordination with global learning service team on global courses, training needs collection/ consolidation, training operations, reporting etc..
? Manage new staff orientation on regular basis.
? Support on GLMS roll-out in China in 2015 and act as GLMS Administrator from China Center of Expertise (COE) Team.
Resourcing
? Act as TAS Owner to manage all postings and system maintenance, which includes manage postings on TAS & job boards, close TAS requisition on time, system usage/maintenance, monitor system issues & fix, provide support to recruiters related to TAS etc.
? Assist Resourcing Team to meet the targets on search channel diversification through tracking the effect/performance of each search channel periodically. Support Resourcing team to achieve Employee Referral Programme (ERP) participation & fulfilment rate.
? Logistics support to Resourcing if required such as interview coordination, organize job briefing etc.
? Manage Resourcing reporting of regular Resourcing reports, ERP tracking report, vendor performance report, annual analysis report etc.
Others
? Manage vendor contract/payment for the team
? Organize Lunch & Learn initiated by OD team
? Provide ad hoc support to the team based on requirement
Essential criteria & qualifications
? Bachelor degree
? At least 2 years’ experience in HR related area in multi-national companies. Knowledge on learning and/or resourcing system is preferred.
? Good planning and time management skills. Can prioritize tasks effectively.
? Good communication skills.
? Proficiency in English.
? Result-oriented
? Proactive and can-do attitude
