职位描述
工作职责:
1、在指定区域内,分析市场,制定销售策略,实现销售目标;
2、挖掘客户的潜在需求,为客户提供满意的解决方案;
3、准确及时的提交销售报告以及销售预测;
4、建立并完善经销商体系,为经销商提供销售指引、培训以及技术支持,通过与经销商的有效合作来加强及巩固客户关系;
5、协调各职能部门以获取资源,为客户提供产品技术和商务支持;
6、出席及参与公司的销售会议、经销商会议及各类展览会,处理有关日常活动支出及投诉的各类文件、报告和表格。
任职资格:
1、本科或以上学历,机械或相关专业背景;
2、熟悉工业品销售,有两年以上电厂,水泥等行业销售工作经验优先;
3、热爱销售工作,责任心、进取心强,能适应经常出差;
4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
5. 良好的英语能力,能熟练使用常用办公软件。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analysis market, formulate sales strategy and achieve the sales target in the designated area;
2. Exploit the potential demand of our customers and provide the satisfied solution to the client;
3. Submit the sales report and sales forecasting accurately and timely;
4. Set and perfect distributors’ system, provide sales guide、training and technical supporting to distributors. Consolidate customers relationship through the effective cooperate with the distributors;
5. Coordinate with each functional departments in order to get resources and provide technical、business supporting for the customers;
6. Attend and participate in sales meeting、distributors meeting and all kinds of exhibitions. Deal with the expenses of daily activities and different kinds of complain files、reports and sheets.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, and mechanical or relevant major background;
2. Familiar with the sales work of industrial products and have 2 years above sales experience about electric power and cement industries preferred.;
3. Have deep love for sales work and strong sense of responsibility and motivation can adapt to the frequent business trip;
4. Require good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Good command of English and to be adept at common office software operation
