Role:



Assist Key Account Manager to maintain and grow assigned key accounts (Wal-Mart Group, 3 formats) business through a standard key account management to ensure sales target achievement and Joint venture Business Plan target achievement.

Accountabilities:



2 Implement Annual Account Plan to drive volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts (Wal-Mart & Sam's Club) aligned with channel strategy.

• Provide customer needs feedback to Group Key Account Manager through proactive screening and analysis for channel strategy set up.
  
  
• Effectively make professional sales calls to deliver the action plan for customer support, re-design and re-negotiation of the action plan may be included.
  
  
• Use basic negotiation technologies to forge agreements in relatively uncomplicated negotiations.
  
  
• Work with Group Key Account Manager to follow sales KPI closely and make sure the achievement.
  
  2 Provide better service to key accounts (Wal-Mart Group) and ensure excellent service level through good cross function communication.
  
  
• Coordinate with other functions such as Logistic, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing to provide good quality service and achieve the KPI of service level.
  
  
• Own Supply Chain Efficiency Project, push and work closely with cross functional teams to archive the KPI of service level.
  
  
• Work with Wal-Mart Group supply chain team to address the DD index in peak season.
  
  2 Support Key Account Manager to cascade down National Promotion Plan to MU and ensure correct D&A accrued at MU level
  
  
• Communicate with WM operation team to ensure the understanding of National Promotion Plan.
  
  
• Collect implementation feedback and data from WM operation team to do the promotion evaluation.
  
  
• Provide feedback evaluation to Group Key Account Manager and work with Group Key Account Manager to review and improve National Promotion Plan with WM operation team.
  
  
• Apply tools and processes to enhance assigned account development (e.g. call reports, Account Strategy Annual Plan…)
  
  
• Record the D&A usage history and provide D&A monthly report to Group Key Account Manager for analysis.
  
  2 Maintain good data system to support the analysis needs for business review
  
  
• Download data from Wal-Mart group Retaillink and convert to the standard format.
  
  Maintain MOR report to deliver on time and make sure the accuracy.
  
  - College degree or above
  
  - At least 1 year Key Account management experience in major FMCG company or relevant role in retailer
  
  - Master of Word, Excel, Power Point
  
  - Good English in reading
  
  - Good sense of data analysis
