Responsibility:
To propose, support implementation of recruiting, evaluation and development systems for human resources, in line with Group Policies
To support people management
To take part in planning and implementing organizational structure
To study and propose methodologies ensuring right level of quality, quantity and cost of human resources in accordance with Group business strategy
Activities:
Define methodology for evaluating employee's performance
Propose and implement in close coordination with management and human resources management system which contributes to meet business objectives, in line with group policies and standards
Ensure local compliance of Group methodologies for people management
Work out people compensation and development policy
Manage/support personnel Administration in order to ensure legal compliance of the system
Manage People recruiting and training.
Coordinate industrial relations if any
Propose, in close coordination with other departments, organizational changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Bachelors degree
At least 3 years experience in multination enterprises in HR management positions.
