Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• To support internal customers in optimising their contribution as well as pro-actively providing concepts and process improvements to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investment

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

• Work with business partners to prepare marketing working budget forecast and budget. Specifically, it contains:

• Mnitor Actuals to Budget and Forecast to find out the variance reasons and pro-actively assist business to achieve their financial targets.
• Crss-function coordination to ensure forecast accuracy
• Spnsored contract tracking and reconciliation
• Cmmunicate and support target shift between local and HQ
• Presentatin deck preparation if needed
• Reprting system submission and comments

• Support and help drive transparency and efficiency of marketing spending
• Coordinate MWB budget and forecast process across GCA (China, HK, TW)
• Check PR / PO / GR status and provide accrual information to GBS team at month end to ensure complete and proper booking.
• Timely PR / PO / Contract processing to meet KPIs.
• Provide ad-hoc information and analysis to business partners and line manager to help control and develop the business;
• Proactively identify issues and potential improvement and recommend solutions.

System and Processes

• Ensure compliance with marketing expenses
• Develop useful analysis and reporting tools.
• Review, develop and ensure compliance with existing systems and processes.

• Finance Operations
• GBS DL

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 7 years and above FP&A experience.
• Experience with Global consumer goods brand a plus.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High degree of responsibility and personal integrity.
• Self-starter/self-motivation
• Business acumen
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Experience in business process setup and reengineering will be a plus.

Requisite Education

• University degree or above.
• Member of an internationally recognized professional accounting body preferred, e.g. ACCA
