职位描述
岗位目标:维护经销商与潜在客户的关系。确保产生足够的新销售线索,每个新销售线索获得热烈的欢迎,持续地发展冷/温销售线索,监控销售线索及其转化情况,必要时主动策划产生销售线索的活动。
岗位职责:
1、销售线索监控和管理
监控来自所有渠道的销售线索,向CRM经理提供销售线索监控和转化报告。
2、展厅/呼入数据的监控
检查DMS 数据完整性和准确性。
3、销售线索跟进
检查CRM Portal, 48小时内联系销售线索,在CRM Portal中更新销售线索状况,向销售部门提供“热”销售线索,并将“冷/温”销售线索纳入销售线索关怀项目。
4、销售线索关怀和发展
策划,执行和管理潜在客户关怀活动,持续将 “冷/温”销售线索发展为“热”销售线索。转交“热”销售线索到销售部门并监控销售转化情况。
5、主动生成销售线索
发起目标导向的CRM活动以产生新的销售线索。过滤销售线索之后,通过销售线索关爱项目将“热”销售线索传送给销售并发展“冷/温”销售线索

客户导向的思考,自信,积极思考,有创意,有礼貌; 沟通能力;相关的项目执行经验,细致工作,执行上的一致性;积极性强,可信赖,可承受较大的工作压力,积极上进;
2 培训/工作经验/实践经验
具备较好的综合教育经历,市场营销、汽车或奢侈品牌相关的专业/经验优先考虑;
销售或市场部专员的工作经验;目标市场营销或客户关怀的工作经验。

CRM Specialist (CRM Conquest Management Specialist)
Aims of the Position
The main aim is to organize the relationship of potential customers with the dealership. Ensure that sufficient new leads are generated, every new lead gets a warm welcome, continually develop cold/warm leads, monitor lead and conversion status, and plan proactive lead generation campaign if necessary.
Main Tasks
Lead Monitoring and Management
Monitor sales leads from all resources and provide lead monitoring and conversion report to CRM manager.
Showroom/Call-in Data Monitoring
Check DMS data completeness and accuracy.
Wholesales Lead Follow-up
Check CRM Portal, contact wholesale leads within 48 hours, and update lead status in CRM Portal, provide ‘Hot’ leads to sales department and put ‘Cold/Warm’ leads into Lead Care Program.
Lead Care and Development
Plan, implement and manage prospect care campaigns, to continually develop ‘Cold/Warm’ leads into ‘Hot’ leads, then transfer ‘Hot’ leads to Sales department and monitor sales conversion.
Proactive Lead Generation
Plan, implement and manage prospect care campaigns, to continually develop ‘Cold/Warm’ leads into ‘Hot’ leads, then transfer ‘Hot’ leads to Sales department and monitor sales conversion.
Proactive Lead Generation
Initiate target-oriented CRM campaigns to generate new sales leads. After filtering these leads, forward ‘Hot’ leads to sales and develop ‘Cold/Warm’ leads via Lead Care programs
Requirements
1 Social Skills / Personal Characteristics

2 Training / Work Experience / Practical Experience
Good general education, Marketing, Auto or luxury brand related major/Experience is preferred;
Work experience as a specialist in sales or marketing; experience in targeted marketing or in customer care
