1. 负责影片制作的整个流程，独立完成视频的包装、片头动画、多媒体画面设计及制作；

2. 整体把握作品主题的创意、标版设计、动画、质感、节奏、色彩等方面的工作；

3. 根据客户要求，结合对产品的理解，独立完成视频采集、剪辑及后期制作，供不同特点的媒介使用（如社交媒体平台、跨境电商平台等）；

4. 针对公司目前运营的产品的推广拍摄和后期编辑；

5. 其他拍摄及后期事宜；

6.根据公司业务发展需求组建团队。

任职要求:

1. 大专以上学历，艺术设计、多媒体设计、广告设计、影视专业毕业；

2. 有2年以上相关工作经验，电商行业经验优先；

3. 拥有丰富的合成、剪辑经验，具备较高的试听审美水准（包括色彩和节奏感的把握）；

4. 能熟练运营AE、COMBUTION、DF等合成软件进行动画和合成处理；

5. 熟练掌握C4D、3DMAX、MAYA、AE、PS等软件优先；

6. 思维清晰敏捷，具有敏锐的设计理念及深厚的设计功底，主动性和抗压能力较强；

7. 有责任心、良好的团队意识以及职业素养。
