职位描述
MISSION
The Finance manager, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial statement and report preparation on a regular and special request basis; for supervision and control of the general accounting area and for financial statement and report preparation under both PRC and IFRS gaap. (The general accounting functions are composed by general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, property & asset accounting, taxes and treasury)
Be responsible to ensure compliance with Chinese authorities for civil and fiscal matters. You can rely on the assistance of an accounting firm (C&A from Shanghai) that can help you to solve any doubts that can comes from the daily operations.
About audit of financial statement there is a limited review on the first half IFRS reporting package and a full review of statutory ASBE finance reports and IFRS reporting package at year end; the audit is performed by PWC. Follow them and ensure to get clean opinion on audit reports.
Also need to cooperate with CFO for implement K3 ERP, to reorganize the AFC department in terms of process and people.
SKILLS
Degree in Economics
Fluent in English
Available to move to Shengzhou (company will provide a contribution for rent a flat)
Used to operate with integrated finance system like K3 or similar (SAP, BAAN, JDE, etc.)
Actual position of Chief Accountant in international company
Good knowledge of PRC and IFRS accounting principles
Practical approach and team leadership
