Main Responsibilities

• Planning, organization and execution E&I equipment maintenance to ensure daily production operation.
• Monitoring and analyzing E&I equipment status and updating technical documentation.
• Conducting the PLC malfunction/failure analysis if necessary
• Develop new PLC programs and make modifications to existing ones.
• Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment.
• Participate in engineering activities for small project to improve the plant production performance.
• Work with corporate engineering to establish control requirements for new equipment.
• Implement and supervise the field E&I works for maintenance, construction, test and commissioning.
• Responsible for instruments reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan.
• Establish instrument spare parts strategy, inquire and evaluate supplier, input PR in SAP system for spare parts inventory re-order.
• Supply technical assistance for the plant and other facilities.
• Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record.
• Plan and execute the 5S management activity.
• Manage the safety issues within routine work scope.
• Monthly report and maintenance performance review.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Electrical , Electronics Engineering or Automation, Industrial Automation & Controls is preferred.
• 5 - 10 years maintenance / reliability experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-starting, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience as a Control's Engineer.
• 3-4 years experience in control of batch and continuous processing utilizing PLCs, packaging and filling system control, and electrical distribution systems.
• Experience in design and development of PLC based control systems.
• 3 - 4 years experience leading process improvement projects for special chemical processes.
• 3 - 4 years experience managing capital projects, involving process controls, field instrumentation, process measurement, power distribution, and system programming.
• 3 - 4 years experience with servo motors and controls, electrical safety regulations, IEC regulations, VFD, and network/phone systems.
• 3 - 4 years hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a multi-process batch chemical industry.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency with AutoCAD.
