职位描述：
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1. Analysis technical requirements, and deliver design scheme and test plan together with supplier.
2. Actively involved in project implementation with external suppliers, especially support the electrical
circuit design, PLC programming, debugging and system testing.
3. Willing to travel and test on site according to project schedule.
4. Site installation and commissioning, as well as technical support and trouble shooting.
5. Documentation of Issue tracking, operating manual and other training materials.
6. Organize on-site training to the team for the usage of delivered system.
7. Quickly feedback all tech-issues to suppliers and support the problem-solving.
8. Assist handover of all knowledges and deliverables from suppliers.
9. Other work assigned by manager.
次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities
1. Interface to supplier to breakdown project into individual functions.
2. Make continuous improvement on design to help with quality, manufacturability, cost reducing and
shortening project time.

任职要求 Qualifications
1. 基本要求Basic Qualification
1.1 教育程度 Education: Minimum bachelor degree in electrical engineering or automation.
1.2 工作经验 Work Experience: At least 1~2 years’ experience of commissioning and programming in
automation industry
1.3 英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): Good Written and Oral English
1.4 计算机能力 Computer Skills: MS Office
2. 其他要求 Other Requirement
Knowledge on PLC, HMI, sensor and servo motor; (Must)
Experience of on-site commissioning and debugging; (Must)
At least 1~2 years’ experience in Siemens, Schneider or Mitsubishi PLC/HMI software design (Must)
Familiar with relative technical software (CAD, EPLAN)
Basic knowledge of electrical automation, Familiar with electrical circuit design; (Preferred)
Experience of working with different parties for project execution.
Strong sense of responsibility and good team player.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Work hard and proactively; Open-minded and energized.
