职位描述：
作为数码方块的游戏运营专员，你需要对游戏有极大的热情，能快速的熟悉我们的游戏，并与玩家保持密切的联系。你的主要职责是管理我们游戏的论坛，贴吧等，收集玩家反馈的信息，用英语以报告的形式汇总，以保证工程师及时进行修改和订正各种游戏中出现的漏洞。你必须要注重细节，有敏感的游戏思维和乐于助人的服务意识，有贴吧管理经验的优先。

职位要求：

 管理玩家论坛，贴吧，QQ群，微信群。
  收集玩家社区信息反馈，并用英文撰写周报告。
  翻译跟游戏相关的公告，并发布在各论坛。
 思维敏捷，善于表达自己的观点，在社区，论坛，贴吧解答客户的各种提问；
 热爱网络游戏、能快速熟悉任意一款新游戏。
 具有较强服务意识、良好的沟通协调能力及应变能力，能灵活处理玩家的各种问题；
 善于主动沟通，具有高度责任心和良好的服务意识；
 有游戏工会会长、论坛版主、游戏客服等网络工作经验者优先；
 有游戏客服工作经验的待遇从优；
 能承受较大的工作压力。

Description:

As a Games Operation Specialist in Pixelmatic, you must be enthusiastic about video games. You must be able to pick up and familiarize yourself quickly to our games, and ensure consistent communication with the player community. Your main responsibility will be the management of the game’s Tieba forum page, collect players’ feedback, ensuring that this feedback is passed on to game engineers so that they can implement changes or fixes to bugs, as well as write reports in English. You must be meticulous, have a sense for video games, and be willing to help others. Applicants with previous experience with Baidu Tieba will be preferred.

Requirements

  Manage forum, Baidu Tieba, QQ group, and WeChat group.
  Collect players’ feedback from the community and include in weekly report.
  Translate game-related notifications, announcements, and posts from Facebook and Twitter.
  Responsible, quick thinking, enthusiastic, willing to show own perspective, able to answer players’ inquiries patiently.
  Love and familiar with mobile games.
  Preference for candidates who have experience with managing guilds, forums and customer support.
