职位描述：
Major Responsibility :
1, Establish Centre of excellence and best practice lead for sales and operation planning, logistic execution and inventory optimization
2, Coordinate and manage 3PL's to ensure the full adherence to saftey, quality ,delivery and cost performance.
3, Propose & Implement new optimized and innovative supply chain solution of further improve the operation efficiency as well as sustainability in Supply Chain
4, Manage inter-company stock transfers from Global manufacturing sites ensuring fast turn-around and consistent delivery performance thereby improving customer intimacy as well as optimizing the cost to serve
5, Support and advise the procurement team on the freight/logistics service negotiations to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions well integrated in the supply chain framework
6, Ensure the compliance and integrity of the supply chain solution and work with the internal audit team to enhance controls on the department processes
7, Ensure the deployment of Global Standard Operating Procedures in all the areas of supply chain operations with the aim to attain excellence in supply chain in operations.
Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree in Supply China and Operations, Engineering, Management or other related fields.
2, 5 or more years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
3, Broad knowledge of custom practices prevailing in China & Documentation etc.
4, Experience in budget setting and cost management
5, Advanced knowledge of Excel & SAP or ERP is preferred.
6, Experience with Lean management/Six Sigma
7, Excellent communication skills in English ( Both written and Verbal) to adopt in a global environment
8, Strong Team-working skills with ability to work independently. 举报 分享
