Responsibilities


Generate a sustainable contribution to the BU CC profit by steering and controlling the BU CC sales activities for customer systematically. Develop the customer strategy for the BU CC and support its realization with the customer.


Responsibilities



  • Perform a uniform customer presence by representing the entire BU CC competence and serving as the central contact partner for all BU-related topics.

  • Guarantee a consistent communication and flow of information from and to the customer, with support of customer specific marketing.

  • Develop strategic concept descriptions and price indicators as well as complex technical and commercial biddings and contracts in coordination with the Vice President Sales.

  • Identify and tap further commercial potential and acquire new BU-specific projects.

  • Monitor and control technical and commercial success of projects from nomination to EOP.

  • Support projects and programs from a global perspective.

  • Initiate, establish & maintain strategic customer relations and measures for customer retention.

  • Track the sales volume planning for the customer in the region and determine prices under consideration of the existing price policy.

  • Support the accumulation & harmonization of sales figures, sales volumes and the project landscape.

  • Lead the RfQs based on BU CC processes and its global KAM setup; lead sales related customer negotiations prior and post the business nominations.

  • Develop and oversee pricing & pricing strategy for all relevant BU CC products in coordination with the VP of Region and VP of Sales.

  • Verify, prepare and close contracts as e.g. development contracts, long term agreements, etc.

  • Lead, motivate and develop the BU CC China customer team.


Requirements



  • Degree in business engineering, business management, economics with technical background or equivalent

  • 5 Yrs experience in management functions with a preference for related to Automotive operations

  • Min. 10 years of professional experience in an automotive supplier industry

  • Excellent proven communication and leadership skills

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking), Chinese and/or German is a plus
