职位描述：
Main responsibilities
? Quotations and inquiries for service works
? Producing preliminary work orders /service charts for service jobs
? Production of service reports through the designated system tool(s)
? Preparation of input for invoicing
? All other administrative tasks in the Safety Service Department including department correspondence

Mandatory requirements
? University degree
? Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
? Ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environment
? Ability to manage and motivate own and externally employed service personnel
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability to work on own initiative
? Ability to work independently as well as in a team
? Ability to co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customers
? Systematic and accurate nature
? Computer literate (IFS, Uniserve, Excel, Word, GIMS). 举报 分享
