Your Challenges:
-Working under strictest confidentiality, together with the Management
-General office support and clerical duties, following established procedures and detailed instructions
-Handling of stationeries, copier machine
-Simple master data maintenance and simple data entry into CRM System
-Website content management
-Handle purchase requests
-Arrangements for visitors and for employees (booking hotel, travel, transportation)
-Performing other special tasks or projects assigned by the Management
-Issuing of English and Chinese language invoices to customer.
-Operating printing machine for legal Chinese invoices (fapiaos)
-Accounts Receivables: Payment monitoring and follow up with customers’ finance departments
-Accounts Payables: Handling trading invoices from Germany Headquarters, making payments
-Handling of all internet banking facilities, including all payments for salaries
-Optionally: Issuing of monthly payroll, submission of social welfare and IIT details. Liaising with external bookkeeping service provider
-Handling/filing of employment contracts, liaising with relevant authorities. Handling of on-board procedures.
-Handling of annual leave accounts
-Keeping communication with MPDV Asia in Singapore
-Liaising with customs for standard import procedures of goods or license CD’s, including import VAT handling
-Liaising with external accounting / bookkeeping service provider on monthly basis
Your Personality:
- Able to work highly independent, with high organizational talent
- Able to act as team player in a still small but fast-growing team
- Excellent communication skills and interest, internally & externally
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- MS Office knowledge and generally good internet usage exposure (Internet Explorer)
- Basic knowledge about invoicing handling
- More than 3 years working experience as office assistant/administrator/HR/customer service
- Good interpersonal- & communication skills. (Effective communication in English, both spoken & written)
- Self-motivation, high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Teamwork spirit with demonstrated ability to work in an international team
- Service-minded and energetic
