- 整理归档已执行的测试方案并进行需求跟踪矩阵 （ Requirements Traceability Matrix）的维护
- 通过识别问题根源的故障排除、比较对策方案从而提出潜在的设计改进意见
- 通过失效模拟分析（Failure Mode and Effect Analysis）和团队导向问题解决法（8D discipline problem solving）进行持续性改进
- 通过分析数据、应用检测工具以及基于事实依据的建议系统地对客户提供支持
- 责任心强，并有意不断思考改进问题，以成功完成目标
- 直接负责与客户方工程、制造与管理部门的联络

职位要求：
- 工程或管理类相关专业本科或以上学历
- 1-2年相关工作经验
- 英语流利 (听写以及表达)
- 熟练运用办公自动化软件 (Excel娴熟)
- 善于分析、逻辑性强并拥有独立完成工作的能力
- 具备一定汽车、航空、技术或通信领域的行业知识
- 具有良好的沟通技巧
- 可接受出差 (出差比例50%)

Position description:

- Coordination of an experienced test team through the lifecycle of our clients' products and services
- Develop Test Strategy to cover System Requirements and Specifications in accordance with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee the Test Case creation and execution as well as maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Execute and lead troubleshooting by identifying the root cause of an issue, elicit countermeasures amongst various stakeholders and give design suggestions for potential improvements
- Drive continuous improvement through Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D)
- Support our clients methodically through data analysis, applying innovative tools and deriving fact-based recommendations
- Work with a high level of self-responsibility, willingness to constantly rethink and improve, motivation to over-achieve goals
- Maintain direct contact with our clients in engineering, manufacturing and management
- Embrace the opportunity to grow into leading positions within our company and shaping the future products of our clients
- Contributing to an international company on our clients' projects but also through the development of innovative training concepts, methods and new tools
- Pursuing a quick learning curve by being part of a growing company and team with a great blend of motivated individuals and international background

Requirements/Core Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management related fields
- At least 1-2 years related work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English – additional languages are a plus
- Proficient MS Office Skills – emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
- Capable of working with little or no supervision in a fast paced environment
- Industry knowledge in Automotive, Aerospace, Technology or Communications – additional industries are a plus
- Analytical and structural way of thinking
- Good communication skills paired with customer and goal oriented methods

Travel: flexible, some positions are local others require national/international travel up to 50% - Opportunity to work in different locations
