岗位职责：
1、 负责公司发票管理、开票及系统核销工作；
2、 运单的发放及回笼销号；
3、 本地及海外应收付账核对工作；
4、 现金及银行日记账整理工作；
5、 公司应付款银行网银付款申请及现金管理；
6、 对发票的使用进行登记 ；
7、 应收账款的催收 ；
8、 按时完成领导交办的其他相关工作；
岗位要求：
1、 能够熟练书写英语邮件与海外代理进行沟通；
2、 二年以上国际货运财务结算工作经验；
2、 性格稳重，温和，对数字敏感；
3、 电脑操作熟练，熟悉操作WORD、EXCEL、用友等办公软件；
4、 熟悉运费结算业务流程；
5、 持有会计上岗证或财务相关专业毕业优先考虑；
