职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
Assist for recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, etc.
Works with managers to identify candidate qualifications
Identifies sources and implements recruitment plans & training plans
Identifies sources and implements local insurance policies
Conducts screening interviews and administers standardized tests
Assures regulatory compliance
Recommend changes to ensure policies and procedures are competitive and in line with organization needs
Prepare notice of social security change and obtain corresponding authorizations
Manage employment contract
Salary administration
Manage attendance record
Maintenance and filing of personnel records, processing and typing of personnel documents
Conduct employment in & exit procedure
Flagging and possible implementing new legal regulations personnel related
Maintain HR database & updating
Manage labour issues such as commercial insurance, injury in work, residence permit, etc.
Any other matters relating to HR

Mandatory Requirements
University degree
Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
Good command of English languages, written and spoken Good computer knowledge.
Good general knowledge about related Chinese legislation
