Role summary
You will be responsible for the arrangement, implementation, supervision of detailed work. Have a good command of the daily work schedule of the general manager, and do the reservation in advance.

1. 起草公司工作计划总结，并作好公司重要会议记录。
2. 起草、存档整理总经理签发文件。
3. 掌握总经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行。
Duties & responsibilities
1. Draft company’s work plan summary, and make record of important meeting.
2. Draft and save the document signed by the general manager.
3. Have a good command of the daily work schedule of the general manager and arrange the business trip.

2. 有较强的语言沟通能力。
