POSITION JUSTIFICATIONS:
The Customer Service Supervisor is to work as partner with commercial team, to manage the customer service team to provide high quality service and coordinate with related departments to meet customers' requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and optimize working process and disciplines, lead the overall service quality;
- Act as a working partner with commercial team to establish and promote customer relations;
- Lead and guide CS team to monitor the order management and order fulfillment process;
- Prepare key account weekly report and sales KPI report timely and accurately;
- Monitor all customer service activities to ensure that SOP in compliance and related policies are accurately applied; participate in SOP meeting;
- Interact, communicate cross functional assignment to meet customer needs;
- Support to develop team back up plan, lead and train team competence;
- KA account relationship management include joint customer visit together with commercial team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/experience
- Bachelor degree;
- More than 8 years CS experience with 2 years at supervisor level;
- Strong leadership with capability to deal with complexity;
- Be good at systematic analyzing, planning, organizing and executing;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good command of written and verbal English;
- Strong user of MS office and ERP system.

- Independent;
