岗位职责:
1、 协助客户经理完成项目传播方案的撰写、提案工作;
2、 组内完成brief的深度解读,并撰写出激发灵感的、内容精确的brief,协调激励跨部门各合作团队的讨论会;KPI及报价部分、social内容部分;并在内部与媒介、创意、影音、采购等部门协作;
3、 辅助并监测品牌,产品和活动策略的战略开展和创意过程;
4、 与客户进行日常沟通,保持良好客户关系及即时反馈客户需求;
5、 持续更新跨部门合作的项目进度和状态报告,协助策略执行、协调资源、监督进程;
6、 密切关注行业动向、竞争对手等情况,以便提供及时而定期的竞争情报;
7、 对初稿,完稿和计划进行质量控制,获得主管审核后送达客户;
8、 负责协调广告流程和内部工作程序;
9、 独立完成各项目报价、成本把控、项目回款等;
10、安排并协调所有会议,做好会议准备工作(提交会议通知,预定会议室,妥当准备会议设施,电话会议号码等);
11、负责客户资料的建立、保存和分类管理;
12、汇总,组织并妥善分发相关客户业务,调查,创意及竞争材料等电子文档;
13、在客户服务的高级别同事的指导下开展其他工作。


任职要求:
1.专科及以上学历,市场、广告、英语、工商管理等相关专业优先;
2.1-2年客户服务的经验,熟悉广告公司的流程,并对品质有较强的控制和执行能力;
3.善于了解客户及其竞争对手的发展过程、现状、未来走势等相关问题,能够流畅地与客户沟通,清晰地理解客户意图,并能成功地引导客户;
4.有良好的组织能力,注重细节,有责任心;
5.熟练使用Microsoft Office的软件(Word,Excel,PPT);
6.良好的英语能力和沟通能力;
7.思维活跃,文笔优美,会写方案;
8.有条理,工作细致,能够同时进行多种任务;
9.良好的问题处理能力,能够随机应变;
10.具有良好的职业形象,沟通能力、理解能力及谈判能力强;
11.富有激情,有市场竞争精神;
12.心胸开阔、谦虚谨慎,能承受较大工作压力,很强的自我学习能力;
13.有医学客户服务经验、4A广告公司AE经验的优先考虑。

5.    Problem solving in project process and management of team work;
6.    Summarize and monitor execution of project, communicate with customer service team and customers according to project schedule;
7.    Provide development and maintenance of eDetailing, WeChat, Websites and APP.
