1. Production生产:
a. Safety安全
i. Always consider safety as highest priority安全第一
ii. Find the potential safety hazards and push for improvement识别潜在安全风险并改进
iii. Ensure that employees in accordance with the safety operation procedures
保证员工遵守安全指导制度
b. Quality质量
i. Target for ZERO Defect Quality, and support others to achieve this target
达到零损坏质量目标,为其他部门提供相应支持
ii. Ensure that employees follow the quality procedures and no irregularities occur
保证员工遵守质量流程,避免违法乱纪行为
iii. Analysis the quality problems in time and formulate corrective actions
及时分析质量问题并制定纠正措施
c. Output产出
i. Ensure 100% delivery on time to customer保证客户100%按时交货率
ii. Ensure that each process in accordance with the tact time保证每道工序符合节拍要求
d. Productivity生产率
i. Ensure and improve productivity targets确保达到并改进生产率目标
ii. Collect production data and report trends, reasons and measures on a weekly basis每周收集生产数据,制定报告,分析原因,制定并执行措施。
e. Cost efficiency成本效率
i.Coordinate with the production manager to complete the cost reduction plan, reduce the manufacturing cost, have the ability to identify the causes of waste, and develop improvement measures
协助生产经理完成成本节约计划,减少生产成本,能够识别浪费根源,制定改进措施。
f. Personnel management人员管理
i. Rationally arrange the production according to the production plan
根据生产计划合理安排生产
ii. Complete the team performance appraisal完成团队绩效评估
iii. Control team attendance and reduce employee turnover rate管理员工考勤,降低员工离职率
iv. Encourage team members to complete capacity ramp-up and work plan
鼓励员工完成产能爬坡和工作计划
v. Reward and punish team members in a timely manner to create a fair / efficient working environment奖罚及时,营造公平/有效率的工作氛围。
vi. Ensure that employees observe the company's work discipline and regularly train the company's relevant rules and regulations
保证员工遵守公司工作规章制度,定期为员工提供公司相关政策培训
vii. Communicate with staff regularly, understand, guide and solve employee problems定期与员工进行沟通,为员工提供指导并帮助解决问题。
viii. Conduct daily / weekly / monthly departmental meetings, communicate with the staff in time to the problems and solution measures;进行每日/周/月部门会议,与员工保持有效沟通及时对员工提出的问题进行反馈。
2. 6S:
a. Define clear responsibilities for each employee
为每名员工制定明确的职责范围
b. Make sure 6s implementation in place and check regularly
确保6s执行到位并定期检查
c. Ensure all employees in operation area wear suitable cloth (uniform) and PPE.
确保现场操作员工正确着装并佩戴劳保用品。
d. Appraise through comparison about 5s on the staff and publicize the results of competitions;5s评估并公布评比结果
3. Training & development培训和发展:
a. Develop detailed training plans for each operator,and have testing;
为每名员工制定详细培训计划以及测验方案
b. Confirm Operator qualification for their stations

c. Train employees on safety / quality aspects

d. Develop multi-skilled employees to cope with shift and staff turnover requirements

e. Develop development plan for each new employee, after probation time

f. Training of site management personnel, as a follow-up management echelon
对现场管理人员进行培训,作为人员岗位备份
4. Others:
a. Provide improvement proposals 提供改进建议
b. Inform Maintenance immediately in case of any issue如有紧急情况立即通知维修团队
c. Inform Logisticsimmediately in case of material shortage如物料短缺立即通知物流部
d. Be able to quickly respond to unexpected problems at the scene, take timely and effective measures and reporting对于现场紧急情况能够快速反应,即使采取有效措施并向领导汇报。
'1. Bachelor degree or above.本科以上学历
2.Experiences:3-5 years' experienced to work as shift leader in European or American foreign invested automotive company.3-5年欧美汽车企业生产班长工作经验
3.Experienced with world class operations eg., lean manufacturing, 6sigma, 5S etc. 具备高级运营理念理论知识,如精益生产 ,6西格玛,5s等。
4.Can work under high pressure, the courage to take responsibility
较强承压能力,勇担责任。
5.Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
良好的口头和书面中英文沟通能力
Experience in cable & harness or electric automotive products is a plus.
