澳瑞虹国际贸易（上海）有限公司，是一家专业从事国际进出口贸易代理企业。进口的商品种类涉及：酒类、食品、书籍、肉制品及各类化工产品等，并和物流设备、工业产品、化工制品、消防器材、纺织品等客户进行过多次合作。 结合目前国际贸易业务的走势，以及国家有关的最新政策，我公司可以为客户提供以下服务：

一、出口代理服务
1、客户与外商接洽时，我公司可提供与某项国际贸易相关专业知识的咨询服务。
2、客户与外商谈妥业务之后，我公司可代为办理与国外收货人签署相关国际贸易购销合同和发票的业务。
3、为出口货物代为办理全套报关资料。包括报关单、发票、装箱单、货物规范申报单。
4、接收及结付国外汇款。
5、货物出口之后，可提供开票信息、代为办理开具增值税发票及返还退税等业务。

二、出口贸易代理的特色服务
1、信用证结汇
我公司在信用证结汇方面，具有丰富的实际操作经验，能为客户提供下述服务。操作流程如下：
1、提供我公司信用证账户及相关信息给开证人。
2、开证人将我公司通知行信息，发给自己的开证行，并将信用证条款的初稿发给我公司确认。
3、我公司确认初稿上的信用证条款无误后，向开证人发出确认信息。
4、开证人指示开证行将正本信用证的电子信息发给通知行。
5、待信用证上所指定的货物从起运港装船出运后，我公司把信用证、正本提单等相关文件交给通知行。
6、通知行确认所有单证全部相符后，通知行告知开证行付款。
7、客户款项从开证行汇至通知行我公司账户后，我公司根据银行出具的汇率结汇。
8、结付货款给客户。

2、各类用于目的港减免进口税的单证服务
从中国出口到世界各地的货物，有很多港口的收货人都会要求出口商，对所出口的货物在中国出具一个官方的认证，以便货物到达目的港之后，可以按照当地的进口优惠政策，减免进口之关税。具体证书的分类如下：
Form B — 适用目的国：韩国、印度、斯里兰卡、孟加拉。
Form E — 适用目的国：文莱、老挝、越南、柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、泰国、缅甸、新加坡、马来西亚、菲律宾。
Form P — 适用目的国：巴基斯坦。
Form F — 适用目的国：智利。巴基斯坦。
Form N — 适用目的国：新西兰。
以上各类产地证，都要向中国检验检疫局航交所办事处提交相关文件，并缴费取证。我公司可代为办理上述产地证的申请及出证业务。

3、出口包税买断代理
我公司出口包税买断代理业务，可以在国外货款全部汇付至我公司账号之后，连同所有货款及退税款扣除相应费用之后，一次性结付到客户账号。具体操作方式详见我公司官方网站（www.cnyyl.com）。

4、HS 归类服务
我公司可对各种货物的HS进行准确归类，确保无误。流程如下：
首先，生产商提供出口货物的产品描述及照片；
其次，依据《中国海关报关实用手册》，找出与产品相关的HS-CODE，得出所申报的HS。

5、进口代理服务
我公司具有进出口权，可以代理各种酒类产品的进口，以我公司作为报关经营单位。服务的项目：代理代办商检备案、标签备案、以及出具全套报关报检资料。我公司进口代理主要产品种类如下：

Export agency
Offer the consulting service when the client is approaching the oversea purchasers.
Issue the “sales conformation” & “pro-forma invoice” when the client concludes with the oversea purchasers.

Letter of credit
We have been handling the payment under L/C with long-term experience. The entire operation as following:
As the beneficiary, we send the entire detail of the advising bank to the opener to issue the draft of L/C.
Opener sends the detail of advising bank to the opening bank to issue the draft of L/C.
We confirm the whole draft of L/C is correct.
The opening bank sends the original L/C to the advising bank.
We deliver the relevant documentation to the advising bank after on board.
As long as the advising bank confirms the documentation is matched with the treaties on the L/C, the payment will be transferred form the opening bank.
The payment transfers into the advising bank; we pay it to the client based on the exchange rate at the date of receiving the payment.

The original certificates issuing
The shipments from china to oversea might be issued with official original certificates for the tax & duty reduction at the destination port. The classification as following:
Form B — relevant destinations：Korea, India, Sri Lanka, Bengal
Form E — relevant destinations：Brunei, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine
Form P — relevant destinations：Pakistan
Form F — relevant destinations：Chile
Form N — relevant destinations：New Zealand
The mentioned certificates must be issued by the Chinese commodity inspection. Relevant documentation as following:
