职位描述：
Position Summary:

The Junior Service Engineer is to learn how to provide service and technical support to Bloom’s products and services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to provide solutions to customers on implementing the products/services to meet their needs and enable Bloom to achieve it’s revenue growth and profit objectives. In addition the Service Engineer will provide input and participates in the strategic planning, marketing and technical development of Bloom products and services.

Essential Functions to learn:

? Responding to customer needs that are related to Bloom products and services after a sale is made.
? Identify needs and requests of defined customer base, manage and coordinate broad Technical Support functions by utilizing sales, engineering, product development and operations resources.
? Initiate troubleshooting resolution via in-house or onsite investigation, creating strong customer loyalty and improved customer satisfaction.
? Communicate customer needs and technical requirements accurately and effectively to the Bloom organization.
? Develop and maintain effective communication with all levels of Bloom organization to coordinate efforts to respond to customer.
? Collect customers, competitor and market information to maintain an up to date working knowledge of the industries served and the products and services to be provided.
? Provide Startup and commissioning services.
? Conduct customer training and education seminars.
? Prepare and generate products and service technical documents for customers.
? Communicates with the customer to provide documentation and resolution of product problems
? Failure analysis, data collection, and resolution presentation to drive product quality improvement.
? Participate in the development of new products and modification of existing products.
? Plan, schedule, and direct activities to achieve completion of assigned projects.
? Provide timely and complete reports of activities and other administrative documents as required.

Position Requirement:

Education/Skills

? College/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in either Electrical Engineering or Combustion Technology.
? Specialized training in PLC technology.
? Good customer relation skills.
? Well developed hands on skills.
? Well developed project management skills.
? Excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills.
? Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
? PC Skills.

Experience:

? No previous experience is required.

? Ability to Multi-task and coordinate multiple and often conflicting priorities.

? Must be able to work as part of a team as well as an individual.

Physical Requirements:

? Must be able to spend extensive time doing field service and responding to customer needs, in an industrial environment that is hot, dirty & noisy.
? Must be willing to travel overseas.
? Must able to meet the travel demands of the position, including field services and making customer visits, traveling time could be as high as 90% of the time if necessary. 举报 分享
