职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
- As a HR Business Partner, responsible for the HR management in East & West China Plants.
- Provide strategic thinking to guide his / her partner for HR management development.
- Direct to implement HR policies and manpower plans to ensure a highly motivated workforce in support of business development and objectives.
- Lead direct & contract staff recruiting & selection, develop effective industry oriented/specified hiring processes and channels to building pipeline, support business growth & career development.
- Involve in Shanghai Plant organization development deeply and follow up closely.
- Implement Talent Review Process in Shanghai site.
- Implement compensation and benefits programs by HR COE team support to ensure the competitive level in job market.
- Play a key role for departmental training needs analysis and implementation by Learning COE team support.
- Ensure all activities undertaken by Human Resource department; employees comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards etc. Lead compliance communications in the site.
- Monitor the safety and working conditions of all employees.
- Strengthen the reliable relationship with local relevant governments entities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Min. 10 years solid experience in HR of sizeable organization and 4-5 years of solid HR management experience in managerial position, preferred in manufacturing field.
- Familiar with PRC employment-related regulations and strong staffing management capability.
- Able to mediate conflicts between culturally diverse groups by a pro-active and efficient way.
- Strong leadership behavior, planning, analytical, presentation skill and be able to communicate with employees at all levels.
- Familiar with computerized HRIS management.
- Can manage multi tasks at the same time.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Willing to adapt to change in functional management improvement.
- Strong commitment in individual career development by performance driven awareness.
