招聘职位 1012： Senior Supplier Quality Engineer VDA 6.X Certified (SQE) 高级供应商质量管理工程师 VDA6.X

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), VDA6.X Certified for Automotive Industry, responsible for the Supplier Quality & Process Audit & Supplier development to support and enhance the Suppliers to fulfill the quality improvement target.
汽车行业高级供应商质量管理工程师，依据VDA6.X负责对供应商体系的质量和流程进行评审，指导和改进，从而提升供应商质量水平并持续改善。

1．Job Description 岗位职责
? Analyze Quality problems and provide technical solution
? Conduct process audit / release and follow-up corrective actions
? Define preventive quality measures and application of Quality -measures at suppliers
? Work out Quality improvement / development concept / program on suppliers
? Conduct process audit
? Implement process improvements for cost saving at suppliers

负责潜在供应商的质量保证能力考核和供应商周期评审
负责编制供应商年度审核计划，对其评价及产品、过程审核，并跟踪改进
对采购件进行质量策划，过程跟踪与样品提交，与项目组进行确认协调。
主导采购件在开发过程中质量问题的方案制定与解决。

2．Job Requirements: 岗位要求
? Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
? More than 5 years professional experience in Quality Assurance in Automotive industry
? knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing concepts
? Preferably internal auditor training ISO/TS16949, ISO9000, Six Sigma, VDA6.3, VDA6.4, VDA6.7
? Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments
? Good social, team and communication skills
? Based in Shanghai, willingness to frequent travels (in China and possible AP)
? Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers
? Pro-active and structured working style and ability to work under pressure
? Fluently English language skill both written and spoken
? Openness to work in a global team

本科以上学历，5年以上汽车行业工作经历
熟悉汽车行业精益生产与制造流程
优先考虑具备ISO/TS16949, ISO9000, Six Sigma, VDA6.3, VDA6.4, VDA6.7相关证书者
具有良好的能力与经验对供应商体系进行管理，发展与协调业务关系
具有良好的沟通，管理能力和经验，适应英、汉双语工作环境，适应国际／国内出差旅行
具备勤劳开朗，努力向上和主动的团队精神
