职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the operations on AD to ensure the availability and integrity: maintain user authorization, AD groups and group policy, etc.
- Manage Symantec Altiris CMS, maintain the jobs/scripts/policies in order to collect software/hardware inventory/various information, apply controls and deploy software packages.
- Administrate all storage infrastructures including physical and logical architecture, SAN based storage, Fiber switches.
- Regular operations on storage system, such as LUN creation, snapshot and snap mirror check and performance/statistic logs review.
- Support VMware system administration to ensure integrity, performance, accessibility and recoverability of data.
- Defining and implementing operational support procedures including backup and recovery
- Collaborating with systems analysts and developers to design appropriate technical solutions for business data requirements
- Establishing and maintain security and integrity controls
- Performing operational support, which includes troubleshooting and performance analysis and tuning in the related working domains
- Maintain technical documents in architecture, configurations, changes and issues.
- Perform various tasks/projects as required
- Provide subject matter knowledge and problem solving abilities, acting as a communication focal point with other infrastructure
- Where necessary, provide end-user training and support through verbal and/or written communications.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related business degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least 5+ years working experience in IT infrastructure team of a MNC environment.
- Expert level knowledge and hands-on experiences in:
- Windows server, AD and Linux server administration
- Netapp storage solutions
- VERITAS/Symantec Backup/Recovery solutions
- VMware Virtualization solution
- Symantec Altiris CMS
- Certifications of above systems are considered a plus

Other Skills and Personal Attributes
- Some working experience of project management in a large enterprise environment
- Ability to describe, create and manage system documentation, including standard operating procedures, and routine status reports; and script development, testing and implementation.
- Willing to learn new knowledge/system and quick learner
- Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills are an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills, and able to prioritize and proceed multi-tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)
