职位描述：
Responsibilities and accountabilities:

? Responsible and accountable for all the transportation spends within APAC region and across the regions. Responsible for bidding and tendering process for each transportation model.
? Develop and implement innovative approaches to sourcing arrangements that minimize costs and commercial risk, and deliver savings. Optimize and develop sourcing strategy and execution road map for sourcing categories. Improve efficiency in logistics activities.
? Analyze and evaluate markets and supplier trends within relevant categories to ensure that sourcing is based on best practice ‘intelligence' and suppliers are selected based on sound criteria. Lift up the professional knowledge of logistics sourcing in APAC to meet the requirements from business growth in APAC
? Support Global logistics sourcing activities implementation in APAC region
? Undertake supplier mapping and build sourcing fact base of key suppliers within the category portfolio, to help develop effective supplier relationships.
? Lead supplier selection decision and contract negotiations for new suppliers.
? Own ongoing relationships with suppliers, manage supplier performance and negotiation contracts/agreements to optimize costs, ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service and conform to our S&P Policy Standards, as well as our EHS, legal, sustainability, quality and delivery requirements.
? Make periodic performance assessment to important suppliers, and responsible for maintaining long term and good relationship with strategic and critical suppliers.
? Monitor contract compliance and optimize contractual obligations
? Work cross functionally with other groups within Kemira; intensify the cooperation with SCM and Sales
? Provide expertise and commercial knowledge within a category of spend to produce high quality professional category scoping reports and/or commercial options appraisals.
? Provide timely and accurate documentation of activities and other reports as requested by management

Working Experience and education:

Typically university (degree) level with minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience (manager level)

Special requirements:

? Experience of 3PL solutions
? Logistics sourcing knowledge in China; knowledge of logistics sourcing of other APAC region countries will be considered as an asset
? Knowledge of different transport modes and chemical industry transportation requirements
? Familiar with Source to Pay tools and processes (when applicable) 举报 分享
