职位描述：
Title: IT Engineer
Report to: Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Overall development of IT facilities and daily supports/services to the needs of company employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Set up and develop company’s IT facilities (both hardware and software) and infrastructure based on company’s requirements
2) Maintain Desktops, Laptops, and infrastructure components include servers and network equipment.
3) Daily User support and Data backup
4) IT issue tracking
5) Anti-virus protecting and checking.
6) End User training.
7) Troubleshooting and problem resolving skills on users level , 1st level issue support
8) IT asset and inventory management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1) College degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or equivalent.
2) Be familiar with MS Windows family (Win 7, Win2K, Office, outlook etc.)
3) Be familiar with IT PC, printer, fax etc. hardware
4) Has basic network and server knowledge
5) Good command of spoken and written English
6) Self-motivated, good inter-personal skills and desire to contribute 举报 分享
