MAIN ASSIGEMENTS:
? Business analysis in areas of Finance (incl. Accounting GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting) and Trade & Logisitics;
? Preparing functional design specifications documents and supervising complete solution delivery incl. process design, testing, documentation and cooperation with architects, developers and key users;
? Preparing, planning and conducting and leading business process analysis & design and Gap-Fit workshops sessions in the international business & IT environment;
? Preparing, documenting and leading training sessions for business end users (on-site and remote);
? Preparing, documenting and execution of test cases for end to end business scenarios;
? Working together with other team members (internal to external) to ensure high quality of delivered solutions;
? On-going support of business users and providing solution expertise and guidelines over the entire project life-cycle: From analysis of requirements through implementation until deployment, migration and go-live phases;
? Lead and act as a local project manager on Finance System implementation project;
? Preparing, planning and executing data migration plan in scope of project implementation;
? Providing Financial System (Ufida, AX or others) expertise, consulting and advise to business; communities and helping in setup of business performance indicators and measurements (KPIs);
? Develop, manage and maintain professional relationships with business counter parts (process owners, system users) in area of your responsibility;
? Close, proactive and professional cooperation with other team members ensuring high performance and high quality of delivered solutions.
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS :
o Continusly support (toghet with current (external) support team) to the current Financial System (UFIDA 8) until it is decommissioned;
o Lead and act as a local project manager of the new implementation of Financial System in China in 2017;
o Lead and act as a local project manager of Financial system interface with other system, such as e-lims.
o Lead and participate Financial Systems upgrade/implementation in others countries in the APAC region.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
? Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English;
? Ability to work in a complex international environment;
? At ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologies (documents and forums, phone, chat, e-mail);
? Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required;
? Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies;
? Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative;
? Strong, hands-on and proven experieces on Finance Systems;
? Knowledge in ufida U9 or Microsoft Dynamics AX is a strong plus.
? Strong and proven background in Information Technology or Finance;
? Experience with SQL databases programming. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 is a plus;
? Experiences with Software development is a plus
? Chinese(Mandarin);
? English both speaking and writing required
? Bachlor degree in IT or Finance
? Minimum of 3~5 years in IT Project management.
