职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协调工厂与总部之间业务合同签发及信用证开立工作；
2、跟踪订单的生产进度，及时报告给总部；
3、确保业务文件、单据及时准确地传送给总部；
4、协调工厂与总部合同处理相关细节；
5、协助上级对日常事务的处理；


任职资格：

1、熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件，良好的英文读写能力，公司邮件全部用英文交流；
2、专业人员职位，定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
3、工作仔细认真、责任心强，具有团队精神。

工作时间：

Smart Timing Steel Limited (STS) is a sole subsidiary of Smart Timing Holdings Limited which was found in 1997 by Mr. KS Wong. The company was extremely active on selling steel into South China acting as the intermediary between mills/international traders and Chinese distributors. The main products traded were Hot Rolled Steel, Cold Rolled Steel, Wire Rods, Deformed Bars, Galvanized Steel, and PPGI. Guided by the firm value of “trading steel honestly”, its reputation for performance, delivery and service grew; notwithstanding the Asian crisis in the late 90’s, amongst the key players including Cargill, Macsteel, Stemcor, not to mention numerous steel customers in China. In 2000, Smart Timing received the honor of being appointed by TATA Steel as their sole agent for the South China market.
