职位描述：
Key Responsability

? Develop innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe and conducive to intended purposes and function which is reflective of client goals and within project budget
? Conduct conceptual exploration, including drawing, sketching, research, ideation and design
? Responsible for keeping the project, or a phase of a project, on schedule
? Select and define all interior architectural materials and finishes, furniture, lighting and artwork
? Render conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
? Prepare client presentations
? Prepare, correct and update documents during schematic design and design development phases
? Work both independently and in collaboration with 3D design team to ensure high quality renders and presentation
? Proven ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at one time
? Support team by training junior designers
? Cooperate with other departments to complete projects and maintain effective communication
? Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
Qualification Education
? At least 5 years’ experience in interiors design or in retail design
? Interior design diploma/degree or other equivalent qualification
? A creative and innovative data-driven mindset that can drive beautiful and functional ideas at the same time
? Possess creative talent in conceptual design and rendering skills
? Advanced space planning skills
? Excellent knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
? Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail and proportion
? Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent
? Good proficiency of architectural and construction software (AutoCAD, sketchup), of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe Acrobat) and all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) / 3D software (3DSmax, Rhino) proficiency is a plus, if not, good knowledge of 3DSmax is required
? Excellent time management skills
? Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Have confidence and a mature personality, able to work in a team as well as carrying tasks alone when assigned
? Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
? The ability to learn and adapt new design skills, be pro-active and always looking for self-improvement
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
