职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Responsible for NPI project, special customized order control, assure the milestones be achived for quality, cost and time.
2. Set up and be responsible for leading the cross funciton project team to achieve project target.
3. Cooperate with product/marketing/application team, initial machine testing/enhancement project for customerized request,
4. Involve in design review in concept and detail of NPI project.
5. Responsible for pre-evaluation of special sales order, including technique possibility, lead time and cost.
6. Responsible for design work of special sales order.
7. Responsible for special order's project list and technique doc. maintenance.
8. Other task assigned by Engineering manager

Qualification:
1. Strongly communication skill.
2. Above 5 years work experience in project management position.
3. Have successful project mangement experience on new product introduction(NPI), at least have one model succeed for mass production.
4. Bachelors degree
5. Good on English writing and reading.
6. Professional on project management software, like Microsoft Project.
7. Not must, would have advantage if have expiernce on 3D software, background in R&D, ME, or application
