职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
工作职责和责任包括但不仅限于:

1) Source products according to customers request.
根据客户需求寻找合适的产品。
2) Supplier audit & prepare qualifications by providing competitiveness of supplier.
供应商审核，提供有竞争力的供应商的资质材料。
3) Review and analyze quotations to ensure the most benefit for company’s purchasing activities.
回顾和分析报价，确保公司在采购过程中的优势。
4) Release PO based on PR, track closely to ensure material supply on time and within budget.
根据采购要求下订单，密切跟踪货物运输情况，确保准时到货，并且将成本控制在预算中。
5) Develop and Coordinate set up of new vendors to support company’s needs.
开发新的供应商，以满足公司业务发展的需要。
6) To be responsible for accomplishing overall Sales & Purchase tasks including project tender, business negotiation, contract implementation, purchase products, goods delivery and receivable payment.
负责完成整体销售任务包括项目投标、 商务谈判、合同执行、采购产品、货物运输和货款回收。
7) Any other tasks required.
其它安排的工作任务。


Experience/qualifications requirements:
职位要求：

1.Academic degree and above, major in plastic machinery is preferred
大专及以上学历，塑料机械专业优先
2.Minimum 3 years experience in plastic machinery industry, be familiar with plastic machinery, pipe line, downstream equipments, chemical, and so on, with at least 2 years experience of purchasing
至少 3 年以上塑料机械行业工作经验，熟悉塑料机械设备（此类塑料机械设备是指能够生产出最终产品为塑料成品的机械设备）、 管材生产线、配套设备、及化工品等等，具有至少 2 年采购的经验
3.Good command of oral & written communication skills in Chinese and English and experience with office software
良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力，熟练操作办公软件
4. Strong supplier connection network will be a special consideration
有广泛的关系网络优先考虑
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
较强的谈判和沟通技巧
6. Positive, proactive and aggressive
