职位描述
Job Summary:
This position is responsible to establish, complete and implement the company’s policy on compensation and benefit, performance appraisal, recruiting and staffing, training and development, employee relation, etc. Be responsible to all kinds of administration works.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR
1. Responsible for employee attendance check, salary calculation, IIT, social insurance, housing fund works.
2. Fully in charge of recruitment exercise, recruit right person at the right time to the right position. Choose and develop effective channel , Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant JD, conduct recruitment activities including but not limited to CV screening, phone interview, interview arrangement, reference check.
3. To facilitate new employees on-board process, including employment contract, personnel movement procedure, etc.
4. To collect training needs, be responsible for on-board training and other HR related trainings, coordinate and optimize training implementation.
5. Responsible for key HR processes including personnel file management, employee benefit, labor protection, ER, performance appraisal.
6. Generate various HR operation reports, Interface with HR Manager on information collection and data analysis for various projects.
7. Ensure all HR process in align with the Company policy and process, communicate with employee to help them understanding and comply with HR policies and procedure.
8. To undertake some other tasks assigned by supervisor.
ADMIN
General administration services, including but not limited to shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning, etc.
OTHERS:
? Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement
? Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
? Must be able to work extended hours when required
? All other duties as assigned
Qualification
College or university degree
Above 3 years relevant experience in multinational corporations preferably in HR generalist role
Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal, Strong multi-task skills and detail oriented
Excellent computer literacy in Word and especially Excel
Good command of English skill at least in written and reading, oral is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good attitude and willing to learn
Highly motivated, and have a strong responsibility
Familiar with local HR regulations
HR with experience of EHS would be a plus
