Responsibilities

Main Objectives
Lead and support locations in region Asia Pacific on the implementation and enforcement of occupational health and safety (HS) programs to achieve continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with corporate and local regulatory requirements while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support Regional EHS Manager to serve as liaison between corporate EHS and location safety officers;
2. Lead regional efforts in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all health and safety processes, programs, and procedures to be in compliance with Corporate EHS policy and to achieve EHS targets and objectives with continuous improvement;
3. Provide guidance and support to all Region Asia Pacific location to successfully implement ZF Ensure locations following corporate safety related reporting requirements;
4. Serve as regional expert for all RA locations regarding various HS topics and ensure successful implementation of ZF EHS management system requirements as well as meet ZF and site specific performance improvement targets.
5. Lead and drive regional accident management programme, support locations for accident management implementation to achieve location respective accident KPIs.
6. Support location safety officers to continously improve their qualification through well planed training programme.
7. Responsible for organizing / preparing of internal cross audits and regional HSE Workshops for professional knowledge exchange.
8. Establish and maintain HS communication platform in different types, as well as provide legal service (database, newsletters, important laws and regulation analysis)
9. Perform other incidental duties and project work as required and assigned.

Internal and External Contact

External
1. External EHS Management System Certifier DNV: arrangement of certification and supervision audit issue, communication of EHS technical issues
2. External EHS expert EHS consultant company: provide specific EHS topic support in Regional or location level

Internal
1. Contact Corporate EHS department to deliver corporate EHS requirement and provide local requirements to corporate EHS department.
2. Contact locations to review, evaluate EHS performance and provide technical support
3. Communicate with other regional /division to share good EHS practice

Requirements

Basic Requirements
Working experience Five years professional occupation
Education Bachelor above Degree in Environmental and Safety related majors
English Fluent
German Preferred
Computer Good skill in Microsoft Office.
Qualification National Registered Safety Engineer preferred

Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities
1. Strong expertise on occupational health and safety management in manufactory industry.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze and report HSE statistics, trends and presenting data.
3. Ability to work in a team and ability of assertiveness.
4. Excellent communication skills as well as good written and oral English skills.
