职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

1、Participate in market analysis, collect competitor information. Develop business strategy and expansion plan and fulfill it. Develop various sales channels to achieve sales target.
参与市场分析,收集整理竞争信息，制定销售策略和业务拓展方案并落实，开发各种销售渠道，实现销售目标。

2、Visit customers on regular basis , win potential customers, build good relationship with customers.
定期拜访客户，挖掘潜在客户，建立良好的客户关系；

3、Negotiate contract conditions with customers; and work in close cooperation with team member to ensure contract execution
与客户商务谈判，和团队同事密切配合，保证合同顺利执行；

4、Develop automotive customer & OEM business in China
发展汽车电子客户以及扩张OEM生意在中国区域；

5、Deeply analyze the key accounts information, and participate to make company sales plan;
深度服务大客户并了解其发展进展，并参与并完成公司销售计划指标；

6、Knowledgeable in components and semiconductor，ASIC of Automotive electronics, such as MEMS, MCU,LED,Power Mosfet & IGBT,Acceleration and gyroscope sensors,etc.
了解汽车电子相关主被动电子元器件，例如MEMS, Audio , MCU , Power Mosfet, LED加速度传感器及陀螺仪传感器；

7、Knowledgeable in automotive electronic application, Such as Airbag,BCM,VDC(ESP/ABS), Navigation,Telematics application,
了解汽车电子主要应用,例如安全气囊，车身控制，电子稳定系统，防抱死系统，导航和车联网等应用。

Qualification Requirement:

1、Bachelor degree about automotive engineering, or sales marketing etc;
汽车工程、电子技术或市场营销专业大学学历；

2、Over 2 years experience on technical sales, it is a plus if such experience is in automotive industry;
有2年以上电子元器件或者汽车零部件销售经验，其中有汽车行业销售经验尤佳；

3、Know well about Chinese automotive industry; trained on sales skills, key account management, contract law etc; excellent ability on negotiation and market development.
了解汽车行业发展趋势，行业销售技能，大客户管理， 市场发展和谈判技巧；

4、Good command of English and computer skills
具有良好的英文和计算机操作能力；

5、Creative and innovative, able to work under pressure, good execution, can develop sales independently.
具有创新精神，能够承受工作压力,良好的执行力,可以独立开发销售；

6、Team-spirited, good skill in communication and negotiation
