职位描述：
Online English Learning for children Class advisor tutor


1. Manage foreign teachers, daily teaching monitoring and recommendations, ensure the maximum efficient learning.
2. Manage students, including tracking and correcting their after-school homework and get feedback from foreign teachers. Communicate with foreign teachers timely about the learning effectiveness, adjust the class schedules to ensure the quality of teaching.
3. Periodic evaluation feedback, communicate with parents timely and report the results of their study.
4. Daily class maintenance, deal with the views and feedback from parents on time, ensure the satisfaction of parents, promote the continuous improvement of the class renewal rates, and to bring in potential students.
5. Cooperate with the sales and marketing activities: Cooperate with sales department and marketing department to conduct the DEMO classes and the activity of oral English testing.


Job requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in English or related major and elite background is preferred.
2. Experiential background: Experience in teaching kids is highly preferred, and also welcome those newcomers who have passion for teaching kids English and have proved fast-learning ability.
2. language: English standard pronunciation, Fluency in spoken English .
3.Character: outgoing with affinity, love children, good at communicating with children.
4, Job requirements: A strong sense of responsibility; good at learning new things; strong communicating skills and sense of service, good communication and coordination, good at solving various problems from parents.
5.Working hours: Monday to Friday( Choose 2 days off during the week） , Saturday to Sunday, eight hours of work. Humane working system, you can adjust the classes. Statutory holidays.

 
Salary:
Basic salary + class fee + commission+ renewals + recommendations fee + New Year’s gifts

Recruiting Specialist ( Foreign teachers)
Main job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of part-time foreign teachers，recruitment advertising, resume screening, online interviews and some other stuff.
2. Help with managing part - time foreign teachers, establish a good team of teachers.
3. Responsible for the daily recruitment of administrative affairs, and complete the relevant work of the leadership arrangement.

在线少儿英语 班主任 助教


岗位职责：
1. 管理外教，对上课的外教进行日常的授课监督及建议，保证学员学习效果最大化。
2. 管理学生，包括课后学员作业的跟踪批改反馈，和外教及时沟通学习成效，调整上课进度，保证授课质量。
3. 定期的测评反馈，与学员家长沟通，及时汇报学习成果。
4. 续费与推荐。日常班级维护，及时处理家长反馈的意见。保证家长满意度，促进班级续费率的持续提高，并为公司带来潜在学员。
5. 销售及市场活动配合：配合销售部和市场部进行英文DEMO课、英语口语测试教学活动。
任职要求
1、教育背景：英语及相关专业，本科或以上学历，名校背景优先；
2、经验背景：有幼少儿英语一线教学经验者优先，也欢迎热爱少儿英语教学，学习能力强的行业新人。有销售意识，销售能力者优先。
2、语言能力：英语发音标准，口语流畅。
3、性格特点：活泼开朗，具亲和力，喜欢小朋友，善于和小朋友沟通；
4、工作要求：有较强的细节意识，认真负责；善于学习，对新事物新知识有较快的接受能力；较强的沟通能力服务意识，善于和家长沟通协调并解决家长的各类问题；
5、工作时间：周一与周五之间休息两天，八小时工作制。周末上班，人性化工作制度，可以调班。法定节假日休息。


薪资构成：
无责任底薪+带班费+绩效奖金+续费推荐提成+年节礼品
