.Job Description:
1. Effectively communicates with clients to identify business needs
2. Quickly understands the business issues and design challenges
3. Coordinate internal resource for project engagement and organize competitive solution for clients
4. Delivers informative and well-organization presentations
5. Collect client future requirement for internal R/D to develop solution ahead
6. Well control project schedule and manage budget, deliver comprehensive risk assessment and risk management solution.

 Candidate requirements:
1. Familiar with ASIC Flow / Design service flow /Front end /DFT & APR implementation experience.
2. Has pre sales & PM experince in IC design & design service house.
3. At least familiar with 40nm process , 28nm is a big plus, 16nm will be excellent.
4. Good communication & presentation skill.
