职位描述：
Position: HR Specialist
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
The HR Specialist will be a key contact window in HR department to various business teams.
1. Successfully execute global and local HR processes or systems to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
2. In charge of HR documentations including but not limited to personnel information update, various HR analysis reports etc.
3. Deepen the relationship between employee and the company, and to cultivate a good team atmosphere with our culture and vision.
4. Develop and drive local HR initiatives that meet business needs and in alignment with global requirements.
5. Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements.
6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. At least 3 years overall progressive experience in the field of human resources management.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English, Japanese is a plus.
4. Strong facilitation, interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Good learning and execution capability.
6. Detail oriented and well organized, have strong sense of integrity and work ethic, committed to results.
7. Maturity, ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
