Summary:
Work with HR teams to optimize employee management system and continuous improvement employee engagements and communication channel shaping company culture and values.
Goals and Objectives:
? Support HR leader to improve employee relations management and drive HR functional excellence, initiating continuous improvements;
? Be responsible for employee relations management processes with thorough understanding of internal customers’ needs
? Manager and monitor employee probation assessment with business department in probation period.
? Lead employee engagement activities and events.
? Working with business department to complete performance management to ensure performance review in SMART and professional ways and improve communication channels.
? Complete Exit Interview and provide solutions as per exit interview analysis
? Complete the monthly HR reports
? Support and monitor our attendance system running smoothly and timely
? Well manage employee representative system and organize meeting with employee representatives as per company requirements
? Support staffing, C&B and training development as required
? On time completion of other tasks or projects assigned by supervisor.
Professional and Educational background desired (include years of experience):
? University Degree with major in Human Resources Management, law or other related fields.
? 3 -5 years working experiences in multinational companies.
? Experienced in employee relations management, high sensitivity, good judgment
? Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
? Balanced and can work under high pressure
? Integrity, Good interpersonal skills, Disciplined, Attention to details, Well organized, Be patient
? Team spirit
