Group Manager, Water Technology

Danish Water Technology Group China (DWTGC) is a new network under Danish Export Association with base in Shanghai.
The DWTGC network consist of Danish suppliers of products and knowledge to the global water market that wish to expand and strengthen sales to the Chinese Water industry.
DWTGC is now looking for a new colleague to take on the role as Group Manager for Water Technology in China. You will be based in Shanghai, and be responsible for daily coordination and networking events in the DWTGC group, co-ordination with HQ as well as to build up and report about new business and market opportunities. Further you will act as representative for a number of Danish companies. Here your job will be to market their products and solutions to relevant projects, Chinese water and waste water construction companies and other relevant partners.
Your tasks and responsibilities
o Manage the DWTGC.
o Promote Danish products/technologies to potential distributors/customers in the form of exhibitions, seminars, presentations ,customer visits, advice, etc.
o Identify, develop and consolidate relevant players in the water technology sector in China, build up the database accordingly.
o Help to develop and plan strategies to start up / increase sales of Danish products and solutions for the companies where you are their representative.
o Capable of arranging the group visits and networking meetings for group members.
o Collect the latest industrial news at the newsletter.

Your profile

o Experience from the water industry, preferably waste water sector in China is highly preferable (at least 3 years).
o You should have good technical flair and interests to learn more.
o You should have customer oriented attitude and a hunger for closing business deals, self-driven spirit.
o You should have a great sense for structure and experience with reporting about service and sales activities.
o You should have the ability to organize networking meetings.
o You should have oral and written English skills.

个人要求
? 具有水处理行业的从业经验，在中国污水处理部门工作经验的优先（至少3年）
? 具有良好的专业技术和求知欲
? 具有以客户为先的服务态度，自我驱动的精神和完成商务交易的能力
? 具备独立完成活动报告的相关经验
? 具有组织会议的能力
? 具有英语口语和写作能力
