Position: Senior Service Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission Multipack machines according to provided layout and specifications
Carry out regular maintenance, trouble shootings and rebuilding & upgrading services on site
Conduct on site basic machine training to customer's staff
Respond to Customer's requests for technical issue resolutions, by using technical knowledge and analytical skills
Establish and maintain relationship with customers to make customer's technical issues/requirements well understood and addressed in a timely manner
Provide feedback and improvement proposals to help customers increasing overall machine efficiency and lowering the maintenance cost
Requirement
Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Automation
3~5 years of practices and experiences in production line maintenance with good hands-on skills
General PC skills and Project Management experiences
Good command of spoken and written English
Open and good team work, can travel frequently
Customer oriented, can work under pressure and solve machine problems independently.
