主要职责:
1、 负责中国区客户的开发与拓展,完成零件销售目标;
2、 负责制定市场销售策略及供应商激励制度;
3、 负责制定并执行零件交付方案,以确保高质量客户服务满意度;
4、 负责收集并分析市场信息及客户反馈,制定采购策略;
5、 与客户管理部密切配合,保障零配件供应;
6、 建立、维护、改善与供应商、经销商及客户的工作关系;
7、 执行领导层分派的其他职责。
任职资格:
1、 本科及以上学历,市场营销及相关专业;
2、 五年及以上跨国企业工作经验,中国区域销售经验,有汽车及工业机械零部件销售者优先;
3、 具有操作SAP系统经验者优先;
4、 熟练使用Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
5、 具有良好的人际沟通、表达表现及处理问题的能力;
6、 具有良好的职业道德、自我管理及抗压能力;
7、 具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
Responsibilities:
1、 To develop business opportunities to achieve the parts sales budget in China;
2、 To Create and implement sales marketing strategies, sales promotions and dealers incentives schemes;
3、 To develop and implement parts strategies, plans, schedules and procedures to ensure quality service resulting 100% customer satisfaction;
4、 To collect analyze market information and customer feedback and customer demand to develop inventory management and sourcing strategies;
5、 To liaise with account management team and ensure the parts supply;
6、 To establish, maintain and improve the relationship with suppliers , dealers ,customers;
7、 Any other additional work assigned by Management.
Qualification and Skills:
1、 Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
2、 Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial sales related to China in multinational company;
3、 Hands-on SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
4、 Proficiency in of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
5、 Excellent communication、presentation and problem solving;
6、 Strong work ethic and self-motivated;
7、 Excellent oral and written skills of English.
