Job description:
- Respond and follow up enquiries from customers;
- Prepare a contract for customer under sale’s requirement; Process customer orders in SAP system with full instructions and follow order process and policy;
- Check product availability, allocation, package type for customer required delivery time;
- Follow the status of orders on daily basis: material preparation, booking reservation and keep customers informed in case of variations;
- Apply new customer codification and update customer master data in case of change; also apply for new material code submitting;
- Collect payment, support accounting to issue VAT invoice, issue credit / debit note, return order and apply commission payment to distributor / agent;
- Be first contact in case of emergency or complaint from customers and responsible for feedback to customers once investigation completed;
- Attend sales/customer service meetings to understand business requirement and raise issue relate orders and customers;
- Support commercial activities, including marketing events, admin, etc.


Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Minimum 1 year of commercial assistant, customer service or order fulfillment, experience in the lubricants/chemical business would be preferable;
- fresh graduates are also welcomed!
- Fluent spoken/written communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
- Some knowledge of Italian would be a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP system;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure. 举报 分享
