职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Drive continuous improvement tasks utilizing wide variety of analytical techniques, such as SPC, six sigma concepts.
2. Closely track production process & yield data, run SPC analysis to ensure high product quality on the production floor.
3. Train, guide and support production operators while performing his/her job functions with minimal supervision and direction.
4. Evaluate, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and tools.
5. Lead a team to design parts, tools, and fixtures in order to achieve manufacturing goals (throughputs, yields, touch time & line balance, and etc.).
6. Learn and follow the New Product Introduction (NPI) procedure defined by corporate.

Requirements
1. BS degree in Engineering, Chemical, English fluent
2. 5 years of production experience in medical industry or related.
3. Must have good data analysis & problem solving skills.
