Job Description:

- Assist MD/Controller on accounting related cash management, interface with book keeping company on accounting matters.

- Assist MD/Sales Director on sales administrative work.

- Assist MD on office administrative work.

- Receiving visitors


Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experiences in office admistrative work or equivalent capacity in accounting.

- B.S. in admistration, or finance, or business

- Proficient in MS Office

- Proficient English in writing and reading, Proficient oral English a plus

- Strong communication capability

- Good organization ability

- Excellent organizer

- Sound judgement and swift response

- Fast execution
