高级跟单员
职位描述：
1.负责及时记录国外客户订单，跟踪从询价，议价，订单签订，货物生产，验收入库整个订单执行过程，确保按时，保质，保量完成订单。
2.负责与国外供应商、国内供货商、公司内部相关部门保持密切联系沟通，并负责必要的翻译工作。
3.及时跟进货物短缺，质量问题等突发事件，对突发事件及时与客户工厂沟通，妥善解决问题，做好售后服务。
4.协助财务部门、船运部门等相关部门执行订单，并提供必要支持。
5.协助销售经理维护公司新老客户资源，积极开拓国际市场。

任职要求：
1.国际贸易,商务英语，药剂，化工，物流等相关专业大学专科以上学历。
2.至少三年以上采购或外贸工作经验，具有成品药、原料药、医疗器械领域相关工作经验者优先考虑。
3.优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。
4.熟练使用计算机，熟悉办公软件和操作。
5.为人诚实可靠，具有良好的交流沟通能力,协商能力,判断力及问题解决能力。
6.具有良好的团队合作精神及积极主动的工作态度。

Senior Order follow up
Job Description:
Ability to Multi task "follow -up" both for work in progress & inquires.
Carry out the purchase of required items of the specified quality, in defined quantities and at defined times. Specification, quantities and time-lines are defined and provided by the Requisitioned.
Tracking all purchases orders from PO issue to goods receipt at the assigned warehouse to ensure the goods can arrive at right quantity, right time and agreed specification.
Cooperate with Finance to keep the contractual payments of purchases smoothly.
Follow-up complaints and/or deviations as against the formal Purchase Order with the Manufacturer/Suppliers.
Applicant will be in charge of all translation and communication between our Shanghai Office and our Shijiazhuang office, our factories, and suppliers.

Requirements:
Education/Experience Needs:
College graduate in business, chemistry, or logistic-related industry
At least 3 years of purchasing experience or foreign trade experience.
Experience of working within the pharmaceutical, API, medical supply industry and knowledge of the China API and Medical Supply industry is preferred.
English Must Be Good (this position will be working with Native English Speakers).
Chinese National
