职位描述：
Responsibility:
1) On a day-to-day level manage - and take ownership of – the adaptation of one-off ads as well as complex international campaigns either working independently or with other members of the World Writers team.
作为创译组的一员，除了日常本职工作以外，能独立的或者/和创译组其他成员一起负责一次性本地化改编广告的任务或者较为复杂的国际促销活动。
Specifically:
2) Take briefs from agencies/clients, ensure that all information necessary to carrying out the job is obtained
从客户合作伙伴/客户的概要中，提取所有必要的信息以便执行工作
3) Brief copywriters and evaluate copy provided by writers against the brief, request and manage internal revisions as needed
根据概要和要求，对外部供应商完成的翻译质量进行校验和评估，并根据需要作出内部修改
4) Provide production support (print/TV/radio/etc.) if required
根据需要，提供制作支持（印刷/电视/广播/等）
5) Present proposals (via phone/e-mail for the most part) to clients
向客户展示提案（通过电话/电子邮件的大部分）
6) Manage client’s requests for revisions with copywriters, agencies and assessing any revisions against the original brief. Obtain local client approvals
和文案及第三方机构等根据客户要求调整和客户概要不一致的内容，并获得客户的批准
Administrative: Open job numbers, prepare estimates/obtain approvals, send POs and other related work
其他工作：开单，准备估计/获得批准，发送POS，及其他相关工作。

Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year experience of project management/account handling within the marketing services department of an advertiser (client-side) possibly a production facility or other relevant advertising industry supplier translation/transcreation agency

2) Education: the successful candidate will have a college/university or above degree
学历：大专或本科及以上学历
The candidate with previous/current work experience will have a track record of:
? Successfully handling complex and multifaceted project with many moving parts – possibly related to the adaptation and/or production of international communications materials
? Working to (often) quite tight timings under pressure
? Building working relationships with clients and partner companies, often without any or much face-to-face contact

3) The candidate should have experience working on international business and will be better if the candidate can have working experience oversea.

4) The candidate should also have:
? Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Native speaker of another language is advantage.
? Passionate, focus ,and work hard.
