Position：Chemist in PU/EP Formulation

Report to: R&D Manager

- In charge for R&D new formulation projects in PU/EP systems and development and securing of products ranges.
- Definition of the customer’s requirements and manage your project by yourself with a system of project management.
- Assist different department, such as QC, Production and Process department to help the implementation in production and to solve quality issues.
- Contribute to the qualification of new raw materials and securing raw materials existing.
- Research technical and sciences information to answer as better as possible to the customer and solve technical issues.
- Contribute to the innovation and research of the new product.
- Take part in the customer’s applications with follow-up of new projects.

Qualifications & Requirement:

Bachelor or master degree technical field.
Previous experience in PU/EP formulations (coatings, materials, plastics, …).
Technical knowledges and skills in composites applications (RTM, infusion, Filament winding, …)
Experience in industry (3-5 years), in a process or chemical factory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills，Hard work and team work spirit are necessary
